  王延年主编的《中药炮制学实验(全国高等医药院校药学类实验教材)》为全国高等医药院校药学类实验教材之一。全书分为两章,分别为基本知识和中药炮制实验。其中中药炮制实验共由18个实验组成,实验内容包括了传统实验和现代实验。为适应教育国际化的要求,增加了英文对照内容,以便于学生在阅读英文文献、撰写英文论文时参考。
