刘荣国主编的《人文英语(高校硕士研究生学科英语系列精品教材)》是为研究生公共英语课程建设而编写的，是财经政法类研究生学科英语系列教材。其目的是进一步提高学生语言应用能力，拓宽学生的国际视野，使学生有能力了解本学科的学术前沿动态，让英语学科的工具性和人文性功能发挥应有的作用。
