《邮轮英语视听说教程(附光盘邮轮乘务专业系列教材)》内容围绕邮轮乘务人员各岗位的要求，共有六部分28个单元。每个单元由五个方面的训练构成：一是基本的听说技能训练(Listening and Speaking Skills)，有听单词辨音、听句子练习不完全爆破、连读、重音等；二是预热练习(Warm—up Activity)，配有图片，目的是帮助学生熟悉本单元将涉及的邮轮岗位场景及练习的语境；三是听音频练听力(Listening Task)，听对话或短文后完成相关练习；四是看视频练听力(Watching Task)，看一段视频并完成相关练习；五是口语训练(Speaking Task)，每单元围绕主题给出相关的单词和短语，学生按照要求做口语练习。前四方面都侧重听力训练，突破学生听不懂的障碍，在此基础上，通过学习第五方面，学生模仿听力内容，使自己按照要求输出，从而实现每个单元由输入到输出的闭环训练，达到听得懂、说得出的学习目的。
