内容简介
  《医学专业英语》以专门用途英语理论为指导,以国外期刊文献为主要选材来源,选材充分反映*新医学发展状况,体现现代医学理念。内容丰富多彩,包括人体各系统和器官、疾病、生命科学新趋势等题材,涵盖医学专业基础文献、病案分析、学术报告等。
  教材主题鲜明,突出实用性。全书共12个单元(Unit),以人体主要系统为经线,以各系统相关疾病为纬线。每个单元围绕同一个主题,文章体裁多样。
  学习者可以从不同角度深化了解人体各系统及相关疾病的英语表述,掌握学术英语和职业英语知识。《医学专业英语》从课文到练习、从选材到设计,编写人员无一不在“实用”上下工夫,力求达到学以致用。
  《医学专业英语》每单元包含两篇必学课文(TextA:基础课程与TextB:强化课程)与一篇选学课文(TextC:拓展课程)。练习设计原则上以读写译为主,听说为辅,注重学生综合学习能力(英语语言能力以及批判性思维能力、解决问题的能力、合作学习能力、自主学习能力)的提高。各单元构成如下:*一,听说部分包括一个与主题相关的情景对话和两篇短文,以信息的理解、归纳、判断到语言的模仿输出为原则,设置任务练习。
  第二,阅读部分由与主题相关的*新、*前沿三篇文章构成,由浅入深。配有单词训练(以医学专业词汇为主)、课文理解等练习,旨在培养学生的阅读能力并扩大知识面、开阔视野。
  第三,医学词汇部分系统地编辑了医学词汇基本结构、复数形式、与各章节相关的及常见的医学英语词根、前缀、后缀、常用医学短语及相关练习等,将医学英语的理论知识和实际应用相结合。
  第四,写作部分从医务工作者的工作需求出发,旨在提高学习者实际写作能力,内容包括主诉、病史、体检、病程记录、出院小结及不同类型的摘要写作等。
