内容简介

　　《服装专业英语（第2版）》作为统编教材，是编者根据多年在服装学院任教的教学经验和高职高专艺术类学生的英语实际水平，紧密联系服装行业将来的职业需要加以编写的。主要供高职高专服装艺术类专业的学生（必修）以及服装学院其他专业的学生（选修）使用。本书结构科学有序，教师教学时可根据需要整合使用，因此，该教材也适合其他不同层次的大中、专学校的学生使用。全书可用72个学时完成。

　　编者黎春玲在编写的过程中既注意避免过分强调英语语言功能，也注意避免其他同类教科书因过分强调服装专业知识所引起的枯燥与繁琐，在增强了教材内容的可读性、降低了相关专业知识难度的情况下，使教学的基本规律得以充分地体现。因此，本教材构思具有前瞻性，内容具有实用性和可操性。此外，本教材的最大特点是每个单元的教学内容都配备了足够的练习与实践环节，充分体现了职业教育的教学特色，突出了“实用为主，够用为度”的教学原则，是目前职业教育服装艺术专业学生不可多得的一本好教材。

　　为了开阔学生的服装专业视野，让学生了解一些服饰文化，修订后的教材增加了服饰文化内容。全书由12个单元及附录组成，每个单元包括对话、阅读、服饰文化以及单证四个部分。全书均以服装为题材，内容涉及服装贸易与营销、服装设计与工艺、服装材料、服装工程以及服装品牌、服装CAD知识介绍等方面的内容。在教材的第四部分——单证，编者结合学生的就业方向编排了有关服装贸易和服装加工过程中所需要的各种单证的样板和练习，以使学生在一定的时间内能更有效地掌握将来工作需要的服装专业英语知识
